    Here is kind of a hard to find item.. WWII - Vietnam era Thomas half ring traction splint.  I believe this comes from a larger splint kit that has a few different types of splints in it. I think this particular one is post WWII but could possibly be late WWII.  The part number is 375000 you can look that up to see the medical kit that this splint comes from.  Anyways kind of a hard to find item and seldom seen.  Ships worldwide!
