.  My Uncle was an Army Air Force Engineer Officer at MacDill in 1943 assigned to the 1873rd Engineer Aviation Battalion, where my oldest cousin was born, before he deployed for the Pacific, detached service and four battle stars (New Guinea, Philippines, Philippine Liberation, Okinawa) and 2 citations from Major Generals.  The card is addressed to a fellow in Farmington, New Hampshire.
