    Up for sale is a very good pair of A-10 trousers labeled size 38, though they trend closer to a size 36.  Laid flat, they have the following measurements: across the waist 18" x inseam 31".  Specification No. 3179, olive drab green, warmly insulated, button fly.  Labeled US Army Air Forces, so this pair dates to 1947 or earlier.
