WW2 4th Marine Division Cross Recipient Grouping

WW2 4th Marine Division Navy Cross Grouping. Unfortunately the name of the Marine has been lost to time. I have tried to research him, however I have only been able to get so far. I will include a list of USMC Navy Cross recipients if you would like to continue the search; the list is quite short, but I simply do not know where to look to narrow it down.

All items pictured are included; the flag appears to be taken from the battlefield; the knife is field made, with the handle being carved out of what looks like an airplane windshield. Flag has some damage and staining, possibly from being taken off a battlefield; pictured next to knife for size comparison (knife with sheath on is 14 inches). The picture is original; not a reprint, along with the 4th Marines patch.
