World War II Stereoscope for Aerial Photos

Description

This is the typical stereoscope used by American intelligence officers to study aerial photos of enemy positions, cities, bases, etc. (See historical photo)
No maker is shown, but many like it were made by Abrams Instrument of Lansing, Michigan.
This instrument is marked with embossed letters "Property Air Forces U. S Army." It comes with an original leatherette case marked the same.
The stereoscope is functional, and I will throw in a couple of 1980s-vintage false-color infrared aerial photos so that the buyer can get a feel for it, just in case you do not have any of the V-2 rocket base at Peenemünde to examine.
