Vintage Toyota AM Push-Button Radio TEQ 86120 - 22140 Panasonic FJ base WORKS

Description

Authentic TOYOTA TEQ issued part - Vintage AM radio - simple base model part ( though having a radio at all was a perk at the time ) - radio does work and likes to pick up talk radio and mexican stations first - from a rare MAR 1981 build N40 Hilux pickup - long bed 3/4 ton white on tan 2x4 - 5 speed / one touch tailgate / center console box bench / mud flaps / AM radio R22 - the rest of the truck basey of the base ( even the door pulls were the rubber loops )
this radio is made by Panasonic for Toyota - part number 86120 - 22140  serial number 18602 - box measures 6 1/2 wide 2 high 3 3/4 deep - 6 deep to include knobs and wire plug depth - includes 6 inch plug lead / knobs original and fit on tight / turns smoothly - also has the side adapters for TRUCK - these adapters MAY change for FJ and autos - these simply slip on over the frame and knob posts - 5 inch center to center on the knobs 3 1/2 x 1 1/2 face display and buttons
truck was well cared for and was in really nice shape overall / motor failure cor total out - was owned by a ranch and had farrier tools and cowboy items left behind  - spots of rust to the bed - bed in super nice shape like it had a shell and carpet kit for most of its life -  looks like some one got ahold of a rare survivor grandpa truck and promptly ran it into the ground
it still had its original SPARE tire NEVER removed since 1981 - never smoked in ( lighter unused ashtray full of washers and screws )
I think this model of radio was used from 1975 to 1982 ish and the same part number can be found on Fujitsu ten contract radios ( se correct for this era restores )
