There is a brown "dicky" held in place with two buttons, that can be removed if uncomfortable.

Pit to pit: About 21 inches
Shoulder to shoulder: about 17 inches
Collar to bottom (Back): 23 inches
Nice and clean.  It was brand new in the plastic bag, but I had to open it to check the quality of the garment.
The zipper works, and you can still see the new folds in the shirt.

It has been in this sack for a very long time.
The tags have browned a little bit from age.
I took it out to try and take measurements of the size.
