    This is a vintage FW Forward brand FM converter. I was given this by a friend years ago (already had one so didn't need or use this). Sold as pictured and untested. Dial moves smooth and mode switch is in working order. It is missing the name plate from the bottom of the front. My drawing shows what should have been seen on the name plate.
