Love this sweater!  This is a vintage 1989 I. B. Diffusion 55% ramie 45% cotton sweater.  It is long and measures 31 inches.  The bust measures 45 inches but I believe it is supposed to be roomy.  The arms were measured from the underarm to the end of the cuff and are 23 inches.  Shoulder to shoulder this measures 24 inches.  Yes, this does have small shoulder pads.
The tag lists this is a size small but I think it would fit a larger size.  As stated, the bust is 45 inches.
This is clean and does not have any smells but when it is time to wash this I would recommend dry cleaning or using the gentle cycle and laying this flat to dry.
This is a one of a kind sweater.
