RECONDITIONED 1967 68 DELCO 8 TRACK 2 RADIO HARNESS GTO PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 1968

Description

This is a RECONDITIONED 1967 1968  Pontiac Tempest, LeMans, GTO, Bonneville, Grand Prix, Catalina, ect.. ALL models except firebird, Delco 8 track tape player to Delco radio interface harness.  This is needed to connect the 1967 1968 Pontiac  Delco 8 track player to the factory radio, speakers and dash harness.   These are usually cut or missing entirely, making it difficult at best to connect the 8 track correctly.
ANY damaged
wires or crimped terminals have been replaced with NEW

The harness has been re-wrapped when needed.
There were two harness configurations used.
I'll need to know if your 67/68 Pontiac/GTO has is a single speaker radio, or is a factory two speaker radio setup(has factory dash speaker control, reverb, or is the mpx stereo) .
When a single speaker radio is correctly connected  to a factory Pontiac 8 track player, using the correct harness configuration, the 8 track player's 'balance' control doubles as a front-rear speaker 'fader control' when the radio is in use.
This feature is unique to ALL Pontiac players.
The harness shown is for use with the STEREO,  REVERB, or a radio with the factory dash mounted front-rear SPEAKER CONTROL.   In either case, the 8 track player requires a front and a rear speaker.

The 2 speaker radio harness is the default configuration shipped if no additional setup information is provided at checkout .
