    M1 Carbine Early Winchester Barrel- Long Skirt NOS MINT Condition.
    Up for bids is a new old stock early Winchester M1 Carbine barrel with the long skirt. This barrel has in all likelihood never been installed. The gas port shows not even a hint of carbon, the threads at the chamber end are clean, the rifling is very strong and pronounced, and the bore is immaculate and tight, gauging .00 on my bore gauge. The only finish missing is from the barrel is on the high points where it probably rolled around in a box or some container. The barrel is stamped with the Winchester "W" as well as the Winchester proof mark and flaming bomb. Additional photos on request.
