This was an estate fine I really don't No if it's new or not I think it is the way it was packaged in boxed I believe it to me new not used the chrome and the push buttons don't seem to have any ware.. I'm going to list it as used as It does not have the knobs I don't know if these were sold after the fact or they were supposed to be included in the box It's hard to tell by the manual The faceplates the extra hardware are all here It's quite possible that they dropped out at the estate It has the warranty card and actually the faux wood tone plates
We will double pack this for safe shipping with tracking number and delivery confirmation as well as signature confirmation so they won't just drop it off and leave
