Complete issue of 16 pages. Paper was made with rag content at the time so the paper quality is very good. The issue was previously bound, protecting the pages within for over 150 years. The label addressed to the original recipient is on the edge of the front page. There is foxing and staining that runs throughout the issue (please see photos for more information!). The centerfold center crease was caught up in binding so it cannot be laid flat along the center crease. It is in fine condition with staining confined to the edges (again, please see photo). The Homer sketch is also in very good condition with staining confined to the edges. There is a soft fold that runs horizontally throughout the issue. Issue is stored in a clear acid-free plastic sleeve with one end open.
