**DESCRIPTION: This is a lovely and rare COALPORT cup & saucer set that was made in England. The cup is smaller than a regular tea cup so I believe it's a chocolate cup. The graphics are of Morning Glory flower and labeled Convolvulus. Both pieces are signed by the artist. Looks like D. Summill to me. The cup "pings" nicely when tapped. Please examine the mark on the bottom. I can't see anything wrong with the pieces. There is some expected minor age-related use/handling wear such as a few minor, short scratches to the paint graphics, particularly to the saucer where the cup sits, and minimal minor paint/loss/wear to the chocolate brown trim. No chips or cracks. The pieces look very good. This hard to find set is perfect for your cup and saucer collection! Beautiful! Please see ALL pics!
