The stereo for Jeep CJ 1978-1986, with factory dash, has large Classic OEM style push-buttons that give a perfect look in a classic dash. Although it looks classic it has the latest modern features. USB input on the back of the radio allows you to plug in a USB flash drive for playback of MP3/WMA song files. This jack is on an 14” extension which allows you to place it in the glove box or ash tray for easy access (no unsightly wires or plugs hanging out of the front of the radio). The alpha numeric display shows the song/artist/album (id3) titles during playback of MP3/WMA files. With the built in CD controller you have complete control of the optional CD player.
Now with 300 watts the radio should have all the power you may need, if you want more there are four pre-outs jacks on the back of the radio for optional amplifiers/ Subwoofer. The back of the radio also has auxiliary audio input for smart phone-radio or any portable player you may wish to use.
This stereo is prepared for a specific year make and model Jeep which fits your dash right out of the box.

This stereo comes with a 32 pin style iPod docking cable, connects your iPod through the charging port. This stereo also has an auxiliary audio input. If you have a portable MP3 player or Satellite radio, just plug it into the AUX input and listen to it through the radio.

This adapter plugs into the 8-pin DIN CD changer port of your radio and gives you the ability to do hands free calling from your Bluetooth capable phone

Also listen to music stored on your A2DP enabled Bluetooth device. If you have a CD changer or CD Player you can still use it with the adapter plugged in (there is a CD changer port on the control box of the Blukit).
