    1953 Buick Factory 12 Volt WB Radio
    Here is a factory 12 volt 1953 Buick wonderbar radio. This will fit into 1950 - 53 Buicks, but it is 12 volt and 50 - 52 Buicks were 6 volt. And some 53 Buicks were 6 volt. This is a factory 12 volt radio. Some buicks in 1953 were 12 volt. Check and make sure you want it to be 12 volt. This is a rather nice radio. We have gone through this radio. The right inner knob is the more stations knob and that works like it should if you turn it all the one way it will only stop on a few stations. If you turn it the other way it stops on a lot of stations. We replaced all the wax capacitors and the electrolytic capacitors. Now it plays great. The wonder bar scans like it should. Push the bar and it travels to the next station. At the end of the dial it trips back to the front. We added a new fuse holder. Every thing works as it should. We give a 60 day warranty on this radio. Radio comes with the knobs in the photos. The knobs are not factory. This might even fit into a 1947 48 49 Buick. But it is 12 volt.
